How to get GlobalProtect logs when GUI is not available

Symptom
To collect the Global Protect log files when GUI of GlobalProtect App is not working.
Environment
- GlobalProtect (GP) App on Windows
- GlobalProtect (GP) App on macOS
- Supported GP App versions
Resolution
To get the logs when the GUI is not available (Windows):
- Go to C:\Program Files\Palo Alto Networks\GlobalProtect and double click on PanGPSupport.exe.
- Choose the location to save the logs and click "OK".
- The files will zipped and folder as "GlobalProtectLogs_<name>".
To get the logs when the GUI is not available (MAC)
- Go to Applications and right click on GlobalProtect.app.
- Click on "Show Package Contents".
- Navigate to Contents>Resources and double click on gp_support.sh.
The logs will be kept on Library/Logs/PaloAltoNetworks/GlobalProtect.
