In einem nicht funktionierenden Fall wird in den GPS.logs angezeigt, dass „DEM-Agent: DEM-Benutzer-ID-Einstellung aktualisieren“ nach der Anmeldung Benutzer abgeschlossen wird.

The 5 settings reflect:
First setting is for username
Second 0 is for domain
Third 9 is for tenant-id
Fourth 9 is for sub-tenant-id
Fifth 26 is for the cc-id/device ID

Cause
Wenn der Benutzer eine Verbindung herstellt, wird der Benutzer-ID-Registrierungsschlüssel nicht mit Benutzer aktualisiert und daher werden die Daten nicht wie erwartet an das Back-End gesendet.
Resolution
1. Upgrade auf die Version, die unter GPC-21090 angegeben ist

Ändern Sie das „Pre-Logon Tunnel Rename Timeout“ auf 1 oder höher.
1. Melden Sie sich beim Portal an, navigieren Sie und öffnen Sie das Portal
1.a Netzwerk>GlobalProtect>Portale>{GlobalProtect-Portkonfiguration mit Voranmeldekonfiguration}
2. Navigieren Sie zur Registerkarte „Agent“ und öffnen Sie die Konfiguration vor der Anmeldung.
3. Navigieren Sie zur Registerkarte „App“, suchen Sie im Fenster „App-Konfigurationen“ die Einstellung „Timeout für Tunnel-Umbenennung vor der Anmeldung (Sek.) (nur Windows)“ und ändern Sie sie auf „1“ oder höher.
