Symptom
Hosts are still visible in Console after being deleted/terminated.
Environment
- Prisma Cloud Compute
- Prisma Cloud Enterprise Edition (SaaS)
- Prisma Cloud Defender
Cause
- Automatically remove disconnected Defenders after (days) has been altered from the default of 1.
GUI Path: Runtime > Manage > Defenders > Settings
Resolution
Navigate to Manage > Defenders > Settings, and reduce Automatically remove disconnected Defenders after (days) according to preference.
Additional Information
Automatically remove disconnected Defenders after (days) can only be set to a value between 1 and 365.
