"Manage Tests" button is not displayed in Insights > Activity Insights > Applications Page

Symptom


  • The "Manage Tests" button in Insights > Activity Insights > Applications is not displayed when trying to create the Application Test on SCM.

  • ADEM License is activated correctly
  • This issue is seen for all user's accounts.

Environment


  • Panorama managed Prisma Access
  • Autonomous DEM

Resolution


  1. Select the scope as "Prisma Access" under Insights > Activity Insights > Applications page
  2. Uncheck NGFW if it is selected.
  3. Now the "Manage Tests" button will be displayed correctly.
