Objective


Detail Procedure in fling a support ticket for CNGFW for Azure under Customer Support Portal (CSP)

Environment


  • Cloud NGFW for Azure
  • Customer Support Portal (CSP)


Procedure


  1. Access Customer Support Portal (CSP) and click on Create a Technical Case link

  1. Select your product as Cloud NGFW under Next-Generation Firewalls

  1. Select your Asset based on Tenant ID/Serial number

  1. Describe the issue and start date and go Next

  1. Confirm the issue category and impact

  1. Submit the additional information and file a ticket
