Objective
Detail Procedure in fling a support ticket for CNGFW for Azure under Customer Support Portal (CSP)
Environment
- Cloud NGFW for Azure
- Customer Support Portal (CSP)
Procedure
- Access Customer Support Portal (CSP) and click on Create a Technical Case link
- Select your product as Cloud NGFW under Next-Generation Firewalls
- Select your Asset based on Tenant ID/Serial number
- Describe the issue and start date and go Next
- Confirm the issue category and impact
- Submit the additional information and file a ticket
