Symptom


Unable to accept pending message, when attempt the error message  "Error  Failed to activate account. Unexpected connection error. Please try again later." is received.

Resolution


This issue is caused by an error in the backend, please log a support ticket when facing this error and we will work with our Operations Team to investigate and resolve the issue.
