Question

Can Third Party IDP be disabled by the customer?

Environment

Customer Support Portal

Answer

Yes, a Domain Administrator can disable the SSO by following the below steps:

  1. Login to CSP
  2. Navigate to Account Management >> Account Details >> User Access >> SSO
  3. Click View Single-Sign-On Settings for your domain
  4. Locate the Enable Identity Provider button and switch it off.
  5. SSO now disabled

Please note: Disabling SSO occurs on a Domain level and not the account level. The change will affect all users within your domain, regardless of which support account they are a member of.
