Objective
Can Third Party IDP be disabled by the customer?
Environment
Customer Support Portal
Procedure
Yes, an SSO Administrator can disable the SSO by following the below steps:
- Login to CSP
- Navigate to Account Management >> Account Details >> SSO Settings
- Click View Single-Sign-On Settings for your domain
- Locate the Enable Identity Provider button and switch it off.
- SSO now disabled
Please note: Disabling SSO occurs on a Domain level and not the account level. The change will affect all users within your domain, regardless of which support account they are a member of.
Please note the following details regarding IDP configuration:
1. If the IDP configuration is managed through CSP, the SSO Admin can disable it directly via CSP.
2. If SCM is used for the IDP configuration, the SSO Admin must also be able on the SCM tenant to disable it.
