Tenant Service Group Management on Palo Alto Networks Hub

Objective


  • This document shows the steps to create, delete a Tenant Service Group - TSG on the Hub Portal.
  • The information is available in the documentation at Add Tenants and Manage Multi-tenants . This article provides additional screenshots for clarification.


Environment


  • Palo Alto Networks Hub portal
  • Tenant Service Group


Procedure


  1. Log on the Hub Portal
  2. Make sure you are in the TSG Aware view
    The background color is dark blue.
  3. Open the Common Services Menu
  4. Click on Tenant Management
    Go to Tenant Management section of the Hub Portal

Create a Tenant Service Group

  1. Move the cursor at "All Tenants" level to see the option link (3 dots)
    Move the mouse over
  2. Click on New Tenant
  3. Fill the new Tenant name (required), the Business Vertical and the Support Contact (optional)
  4. Click on Add Tenant
    Click on
  5. The new tenant is added.
    the created Tenant is in the list

Delete a Tenant Service Group

Requirement: Delete all apps on the TSG.
  1. Move the cursor on the TSG to see the options
  2. Click on Delete Tenant
    Click on
  3. Confirm the deletion by clicking on Yes, Delete this Tenant.
    Confirm the tenant deletion


Additional Information


The user who creates a TSG will automatically be the superuser for all apps in that TSG.
