Symptom

When the PA-440 is booted up, the following error messages appear at the end of the boot up messages.

ERROR: Module usdm_drv does not exist in /proc/modules
ERROR: Module qat_c3xxx does not exist in /proc/modules
ERROR: Module intel_qat does not exist in /proc/modules
FATAL: Module qat_c3xxx not found.

Those error messages are seen every time in boot up.

Environment

Palo Alto PA-440
PAN-OS 10.1, 10.2, 11.0

Cause

The modules which are being loaded during bootup are not applicable for PA-440.

Resolution

The issue will be resolved under PAN-215997 in future versions.
Till then the issue can be ignored as these messages are harmless.

Additional Information

RMA is not required for the symptom.
