Symptom


  • Push from Panorama to Firewalls (GUI: Commit > Push to Devices).
  • The shared objects appear in the push scope without any changes being made to shared objects.
  • These changes will not be pushed to Firewalls as they are already on the Firewall.

Environment


  • Panorama with managed Firewalls
  • PAN-OS 10.2.2, 10.2.3 and 10.2.4
  • Commit and Push to firewalls

Cause


Software issue

Resolution


  1. The issue is fixed under PAN-206391 and is fixed in PAN-OS 10.2.5 and 11.0.2 releases.
  2. PAN-OS upgrade will resolve the issue.
