Yes, it's possible to remove a VM Panorama created from Software NGFW credits:

If the VM Panorama was added to Strata Cloud Manager, you will have to disassociate it from the Products and remove the device from Tenant Service Group. Make sure a decommissioned asset is removed from SCM so that it does not consume license. First remove the Panorama from Strata Cloud Manager and proceed with device disassociations on Support Portal only after that.

How to Remove or Add Devices to Strata Cloud Manager

1. Log in to the Customer Support portal.
2. Navigate to "Products" > "Software/Cloud NGFW Credits."
3. Locate the desired Credit Pool and click "Details."
4. Find the deployment profile, click the three dots next to the Auth Code, and select "Provision Panorama."
5. In the pop-up window, find the serial number you need.
6. Check the box next to "Panorama", then click the "Deprovision" button.

Note: If you have previously edited the profile and removed 'Use Credits to Provision Panorama,' the method described above will not work. In that case, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the profile in question.

2. Edit the profile and re-select the "Use Credits to Enable VM Panorama" checkbox.
3. Save your changes.
4. Return to the profile, click the three dots next to it, and select "Provision Panorama."
5. In the pop-up window, choose the Panorama SN and then select "Deprovision".
