What authentication methods are supported on IOS devices for GlobalProtect per-app VPN?

  • GlobalProtect (GP) Portal and Gateway.
  • GlobalProtect per-app VPN
  • IOS devices

Answer


  1. GlobalProtect per-app vpn  on IOS devices only supports certificate-based authentication.
  2. No other authentication methods are supported.
  3. Configuration example is found at GlobalProtect Per App VPN.

Note: As shown above, the specific client OS version cannot be set for certificate profile.
