Objective


To Download The OVA File for Prisma SD-WAN device.

Environment


  • Prisma SD-WAN
  • Customer Support Portal (CSP)

Procedure


  1. Log in to the Customer Support Portal.
  2. From the left, select Updates > Software Updates > select  Content type under the drop-down section.

  1. Use the Search bar and search the device model for .ova to filter all OVA files.
  2. Download the latest vION release .ova file
