• This issue is caused by the license unit allocation behavior
• If less than 1000 units are allocated to subtenants, the  Local tenant limits are enforced. These local limits are:
  • Service locations: 5 (for MU and RN)
  • Service connections: 2
• For Global limits, the units must be allocated 1000 to a subtenant. These Global limits are:
  • Service locations - Unlimited
  • Service connections: 5

1. Allocate more than 1000 MU units to access unlimited service connection locations
2. Reduce service connection locations to maximum 2 locations
