Objective
How to remove the configured S3 bucket from Prisma Cloud Console when configuring s3 flow logs in AWS?
Environment
- Prisma Cloud Enterprise Edition
- Flow logs
Procedure
Please follow the step to remove the bucket whether or not it was deleted from the AWS side.
- Access [Edit Cloud Account] > [Configure S3 Flowlogs] and click the [Select Buckets] pull-down list.
- Deselect the target bucket. And then, click [Validate] and save the change.
- Return to [Cloud Accounts] page, and then access [Edit Cloud Account] > [Configure S3 Flowlogs] and click [Edit] button again.
- Move to the [Configure Buckets] tab, click [Delete] button. Then the success message will show on.
Additional Information
If you try to delete the bucket without deselecting it, you will get the following error message. Configure flow logs as per our documentation here.
- "Bucket is in use so cannot Deleted"
In case you have the "Bucket Not Exists" error, please remove the logging account itself.
