Clientless VPN Does not show apps on landing page after upgrading PAN-OS 10.2.3

Symptom


  • The Global Protect landing page will not display any apps after upgrading to 10.2.3.

Environment


  • Palo Alto Firewalls
  • PAN-OS 10.2.3 and above.
  • Global Protect Clientless VPN

Cause


Software Issue
 

Resolution


  1. The issue is fixed under PAN-210640.
  2. The Fix for this is available in the newer versions 10.2.5, 11.0.3  and higher versions.
  3. Upgrading the PAN-OS will fix the issue.
