Question


  • Why is the Project page taking more than a couple of minutes to load all repositories in the UI? 

Environment


  • Prisma Cloud 
    • Code Security UI. 

Answer


  • This behavior is because of scalability. This issue is seen with a subset of customers' who do not have a certain back end feature flag enabled. The back end feature flag is responsible for paginating 100 repositories at a time rather than attempting to load all repositories at once. 

Additional Information


  • Large customers' do not face this issue as this feature flag is enabled for them during activation.
