Symptom


  • The license expiration date shown in the Cortex XDR Management Console UIs is different between bottom of "Cortex XDR License" and the pop-up by clicking "LICENSE (i)".

Environment


  • Cortex XDR Management Console 
  • Cortex XSIAM

Cause


License expiration date shown differently in the bottom of "Cortex XDR License" due to the product issue.

Resolution


To check the correct expiration date, click the "LICENSE (i)" in the top left of the Cortex XDR License screen.

Note: This issue is to be fixed in a future version. Please open a case, if you would like to know the current status of the issue.
