"Sign Out" option is not seen on GlobalProtect App on iOS device

• "Sign Out" option is not appeared in GlobalProtect App on iOS device as below after GlobalProtect connection established.

• The issue happens if the following 2 options are set to as below in GlobalProtect Portal configuration.
  • Allow user to Sign Out from GlobalProtect App : Yes
    
  • Allow User to Change Portal : No
    
• The issue happens is NOT observed if "Allow User to Change Portal" is set to "Yes".
• The same issue is not observed on Windows OS.

• Mobile Device Management (MDM)

• The sign out button will not be visible in the following conditions:
  • When the device is managed by MDM.
  • When the device is not managed by MDM and "Allow User to Change Portal" is set to "No".

Change "Allow User to Change Portal" option to "Yes" for the "Sign Out" button to be visible on iOS device.
