If you have a previously activated Cortex Data Lake already in your account : the CDL tenant has to be migrated to TSG (tenant service group) in SASE portal in order for you to complete Prisma SASE activation .
Once CDL tenant is migrated to TSG : then during SASE activation you will be able to choose the required CDL tenant .
You will need to open TAC case for assistance with CDL migration
