Why can't I associate CDL to AIOps?

AIOps and CDL

Answer


  • Cortex Data Lake app (CDL) has been migrated to Hub 2.0 - TSG view (Tenant Service Group)
  • AIOps is expected to be migrated to Hub 2.0 by February 2023.
  • Until AIOps migration is completed, AIOps app can't be associated to CDL instances in Hub 2.0
  • AIOps can be associated to CDL instances (paid or telemetry only) activated in Hub 1.0 (Support view) during the AIOps creation process or any CDL instance still available in this Hub 1.0.
