Objective


How to check if the Liveliness probe on the GRE tunnel endpoint is not working in Prisma SD-WAN?

Environment


  • Prisma SD-WAN
  • GRE with the Zscaler.

Procedure


Due to some bug in some software code, the HTTP liveliness probe is failing and causing the tunnel to be down.

 

We can config the Endpoint to use the ICMP as an additional probe service or upgrade the ION to 5.6.9 or above.
