How to change User Name in Palo Alto Networks systems, CSP, OKTA, Support Cases?



Environment


  • SSO Okta,
  • Customer Support Portal (CSP)
  • Support Case


Answer


  1. You can change your User Name in Customer Support Portal > My Profile in the bottom left corner.

  2. This will change your user name in CSP, but will not change in PANW SSO system and in Support Cases system. 
  3. The Username ( First name, Last name ) field is not editable by customers in Okta, under Personal Information and Username cannot be edited in SalesForce either.
  4. Contact support if you need to change a user name in PANW SSO system and in Support Cases.
