How to change User Name in Palo Alto Networks systems, CSP, OKTA, Support Cases?
Environment
- SSO Okta,
- Customer Support Portal (CSP)
- Support Case
Answer
- You can change your User Name in Customer Support Portal > My Profile in the bottom left corner.
- This will change your user name in CSP, but will not change in PANW SSO system and in Support Cases system.
- The Username ( First name, Last name ) field is not editable by customers in Okta, under Personal Information and Username cannot be edited in SalesForce either.
- Contact support if you need to change a user name in PANW SSO system and in Support Cases.
