Error message "(SP) ::: supportCSP is not active.
You do not have access to this resource or an error occurred during the login process
" usually comes down to caching or some browser plugin issues on the Customer side. 
- Clear cache and cookies for All time.
- Check browser plugin issues.
- Use Incognito and do not use a bookmarked page for login.
If the steps above do not help, create an Admin type of support case with Palo Alto Networks.
