10.2.x へのアップグレード後にエラー メッセージ「/opt/pancfg のディスク使用量が制限を超えています」が表示される

• /opt/pancfgパーティションの使用率が高い。
• 新しいコンテンツの画像をダウンロードできない、WebUI にログインできないなど。
• システムログは、「/opt/pancfg のディスク使用量が制限を超えています」などの高いディスク使用量を報告します
