Error message "Disk usage for /opt/pancfg exceeds limit" seen after upgrade to 10.2.x

• /opt/pancfg   partition  highly utilized.
• Unable to  download new content images or not able to login to the WebUI etc.
• System logs report high disk usage such as "Disk usage for /opt/pancfg exceeds limit"

1. To optimize and clean the /opt/pancfg partition, use the following new command.

>debug pancfg-directory-usage set optimize-database-usage
