Cannot activate Prisma Access if the Panorama device does not have active support license

Question
Why do I hit an error when trying to activate Prisma Access with a Panorama device?
Environment
Prisma Access activation, magic link, CSP
Answer
The Panorama device must have its purchased support license activated when you activate Prisma Access via magic link.
The basic software warranty license is not considered as valid support in the Prisma Access activation process.

Activate and Install Panorama Managed Prisma Access
The CDL license, purchased together with Prisma Access on the same Purchase Order, has to be activated together with Prisma Access in the activation process. Activating the CDL license separately, before the Prisma Access activation will result in error.
