Symptom
- GlobalProtect VPN连接无法连接到网关。
- PanGPS.log中出现错误消息“ ConnectServer 失败，错误代码为 80010114 ”。
Environment
- Windows 上的 Global Protect 应用程序
- 版本 5.2.x
- GlobalProtect 网关
Cause
Windows 上的 WMI 损坏。
Resolution
- 当 GP 尝试连接 WMI 时，错误 80010114 表示“请求的对象不存在”。
- 发生这种情况是因为 Windows 机器中的 WMI 损坏。
- 修复或重新安装 Windows 以解决 WMI 损坏问题。
