- Unable to download Prisma Cloud Twistcli tool from API with the error message 'Received an unexpected EOF or 0 bytes from the transport stream' with no response code.

Cause
- Most likely, this error translates to a network or a congestion issue on the host, on which the download is being performed.
Resolution
- Download the Twistcli file from Prisma Cloud Console UI.
