Auto-Commit Failure with error: Configured traffic quota of 0 MB is less than the minimum 32 MB

Symptom
- Firewall upgraded to PAN-OS 10.1.4 or later.
- Auto-Commit fails with error even though the GUI is up and running.

Failed to commit policy to device
Environment
- PANOS 10.1.4 and above
- All Platforms especially PA-52xx and 7K
Cause
The initialization of logging disk is not completed.
Resolution
- Check if all the drives are up using the command "show system raid detail".
- If the drives are not ready wait for the drives to be ready (active sync) state.
- Once the drives are ready, the autocommit will be successful.
