ACC reports showing "No data to display" in Panorama after upgrading to 10.1.6

Symptom


  • Access domains are added with more than 12 Device Groups for a custom RBAC user on Panorama.
  • When logged in as the custom RBAC user, ACC logs display "No data to display" even when the logs are present in the Panorama. 

Environment


  • Panorama
  • PAN-OS 10.1.6

Cause


Software issue in PAN-OS 10.1.6

Resolution


  1. This issue is fixed under PAN-199654 in  PAN-OS 10.1.7, 10.2.3, 11.0.0 or higher versions
  2. Upgrade to the PAN-OS version will fix the issue.
  3. As a workaround, downgrade to 10.1.5-h2 or lower versions will also fix the issue.

256 Device Groups are supported in the fixed versions
