When signing in via HUB you get redirected to Prisma Cloud via Hub App

Symptom


When clicking on the Prisma App on the HUB . The page gets redirected to a sign out URL and back to the HUB page as seen in the image.

Environment


  • Prisma Cloud
  • Hub

Cause


This issue is caused if a special character is used for the Username. 
Example: First: Jesús. The Ú is a special character.

Resolution


1. Login to Prisma Cloud > Settings > Access Control > Users and remove the special character from the First Name
