Question


Can I disable Prisma Cloud Data Security module for AWS Organization accounts?

Environment


  • Prisma Cloud Enterprise Edition
  • AWS

Answer


  • At this time, there is no option on the Prisma Cloud Console UI to disable the Data Security module for AWS Organization accounts
  • In order to disable the same, raise a Support Ticket and provide the following information:
  1. Customer Name: 
  2. Tenant ID: 
  3. Do you have any comments about Data Security? Do you want it turned off for your Tenant?
Note: We will disable it at the Tenant Level, that will disable organization Level access to Data Security as well

Additional Information


  • As seen in the following reference image, Prisma Cloud doesn't have the option to "clear" the Data Security Module
