Objective


Collect logs from the Cloud Identity agent in order to provide the data to Support for further analysis

Environment

Procedure


  1. Follow this guide to change the debug level of the logs if required.
  2. The log files will be located in the following path:  
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Palo Alto Networks\Cloud Identity Agent\CloudIdAgentDebug
  3. Copy the log files from the local folder to the Support case in the Support Portal.
