Question


Will I receive any communication if an auto-scale event happens in my Prisma Access deployment?

Answer


  1. There is no notification notice for an auto-scale event. During auto-scale event, IP's will be picked from your existing active/reserved pool.
  2. One can track changes to Prisma Access IP's and be notified. See section "Be Notified of Changes to IP Addresses " in the link.
