How to find out the Serial Number of a IOT Cohosted Cortex XSOAR instance

Device Security with Cohosted Cortex XSOAR 

On the Device Security GUI, do the following steps to get the Serial # of a IOT Cohosted Cortex XSOAR instance:

1. Click Settings> Administration> About
2. Click the Tenant Details tab
3. Copy the value in the field XSOAR Serial Number. In the example screenshot below from a lab machine, the XSOAR Serial Number is banff-enterprise-demo
