Prisma Access commit fails with error "The Prisma Access infrastructure team is looking into the commit issue..." when modifying the Custom Signature configuration

The commit fails with the following error

• If the configuration related to the Custom Signature is changed before issue occurrence, this issue may be related to configuration.
• When creating a custom threat signature, you cannot have a signature with only "Negate" conditions; there must be at least one positive condition included in the signature definition. 

1. Configure the custom signature with at least one positive condition.
2. If you only have just one condition in your custom signature, do not set it to negate to avoid this issue.
