How to create a custom Region and use in Policies

To configure a custom region to classify Internal IP according to the location or the organization Region and use it in the security policy.

• Palo Alto Firewalls
• Supported PAN-OS
• IP Location and Region

1. Go to Objects -> Region
2. Type the custom name for the Region
3. Specify the IP address, subnet, or IP range under the custom Region Name

4. Attach the Region in the intended policy.
   
   
      
5. View the traffic log detail to confirm the IP is identified as the custom region as configured
