How to change time zone in the csv file attached to an alert email notification

Objective
The CSV file attached to an alert email notification has the field "Alert Time With Timezone".
However we can't change the time zone settings of a user directly because the time zone setting depends on PC settings in current specification.
Environment
Prisma Cloud Enterprise Edition
Procedure
We have to configure PC time zone settings before creating new alert rules.
[Steps.]
- Check the time zone settings of our PC
- Login using the PC
- Create new alert rules
- Wait for a new alert would happen and see if the time zone is set correctly
Additional Information
The behavior regarding the time zone was changed by 22.1.2.

The time zone is now set automatically for Prisma Cloud administrators. It is derived from the user’s web browser and is based on the operating system that is used to access the Prisma Cloud administrative console.
The Time Zone field that allowed you to select the timezone is removed from the User Profile, Settings > Users > Service Account, and Settings > SSO pages.
