• When the Cloud Services plugin is installed, the plugin automatically creates a Panorama administrative user with a username of __cloud_services.
• This user must be deleted before uninstalling cloud services plugin.

1. Navigate to Panorama > Administrators, delete user __cloud_services.
2. Navigate to Panorama > Plugins, click on 'Remove Config' option.
3. Perform a Panorama commit.
4. In Panorama > Plugins, click on "Uninstall" to uninstall the plugin.
