Answer
No, you can't onboard “Access to Azure Active Directory” subscriptions.
Additional Information
Prisma Cloud only supports subscriptions with RBAC supported. As this subscription does not honor Azure RBAC it will not be supported by Prisma Cloud. In Addition, you can't take any action - adding a role, role assignment, and creating a resource group to those accounts.
