How to change ASC on Software NGFW Credits?
Environment
CSP, ASC, Support Cases
Cause
ASC partners provide technical support on behalf of Palo Alto Networks.
There may be a need to change ASC entity on a certain support contract.
Resolution
If you need to change ASC (Authorized Service Center) provider on your Software NGFW Credits contract and the provisioned VM and Panorama devices, contact Support .
- If you are a Customer, provide the reason of the ASC change request, your current Purchase Order and clearly specify the new ASC entity.
- If you are an ASC partner, provide the reason of the ASC change request, a written confirmation from the Customer and the new ASC entity.
