No, you can’t Integrate Alarm center notification with Team’s incoming Webhook connector in Prisma Cloud at this time - December 20th, 2021.
Additional Information
When you configure a notification from the Alarm center in Prisma Cloud with Microsoft Teams’ Incoming Webhook’ connector, the connection fails.
Because, Custom Payload for Webhook Integration feature is only applicable for Config/Audit/Network Alert payloads. This is currently not applicable for Alarm center. In case it is needed, then kindly raise a feature request here
