Symptom
Anti-virus and anti-spyware threat name not listed on block page. Only the Threat ID is listed.
Environment
Palo Alto Networks Firewalls on PAN-OS 10.0.7 and 10.1.3 and earlier.
Cause
Threat-name was not found in the threat-name cache, hence it prints the threat-id as threat-name. Printing threat-id if threat-name is not found is as per design.
Resolution
Upgrade firewall PAN-OS to 10.0.8 or 10.1.4 or later versions.
