No, network alert cannot be dismissed and resolved automatically.

Supportive Statement :
  • Alert's generated due to a Network Policy type can't be resolved by ‘resource updated’ like config alerts. Network and event are point in time alerts.
  • Alert's generated against Network Policies cannot be resolved, however one can dismiss the open alert(which is make changes and follow the recommendations provided).
  • Thus, network alert cannot be dismissed and resolved automatically. It will be open until the Resource is deleted, Policy updated/disabled or Alert rule- updated/deleted
