Objective

In the Prisma SD-WAN environment how to identify the IP address of the Cloud Controller?

Environment

Prisma SD-WAN
Version 5.5 and above
Cloud Controller

Procedure

Following are the URL details of the Cloud Controller:

To get the IP details of the URL, log in to any of the ION devices and do nslookup on CLI. Example for controller.hood.cgnx.net below

#nslookup controller.hood.cgnx.net
Server: 127.0.0.1
Address:127.0.0.1#53

Non-authoritative answer:
Name:   controller.hood.cgnx.net
Address: 52.32.167.5
Name:   controller.hood.cgnx.net
Address: 54.70.168.33

Additional Information

Depending on the Tenant region we can get the details of the Cloud Controller IP.
We have three regions: Elcapitan, Hood & Sugarloaf.
If the Tenant is under Elcapitan region the URL details will be followed below

Similarly goes with the Sugarloaf.
Also, it will be easy for the customer if they whitelist the URL instead of IPs.
