How to Troubleshoot Slow Internet Connectivity Issues In Prisma SDWAN?

Procedure
- Check the interface configuration on the UI.
- Check if the IP address and the default gateway are in the same subnet.
- Check the interface status on the User Interface. It should display "up".
- Verify if the speed and duplex settings match on both the sides.
- Login to the device, figure out the interface which you are troubleshooting.
- Ensure ARP entry is available on the device " inspect system arp interface" and try to ping the default gateway.
- If the default gateway ping succeeds then, try pinging some public address such as 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4.
- If all of the above succeeds, internet connectivity is working.
