How to clear a Check Now Error Message

Objective
The steps to correct the Device does not have support error for check now?
Environment
- Palo Alto Firewalls or Panorama
- Supported PAN-OS
- CSP (Customer Support Portal)
- Licenses
Procedure
- Check to see all of the licenses are correct in the Customer Support portal and the Admin site
- Have the customer click "OK" to clear the error
- Then have the customer move to Device>Software>Check Now
- Then click the "Check now" button at the bottom of the screen, this will initial a new SSL connection to update the server and synchronize the licenses to the WebUI.
