Objective


The steps to correct the Device does not have support error for check now?

Environment


  • Palo Alto Firewalls or Panorama
  • Supported PAN-OS
  • CSP (Customer Support Portal)
  • Licenses


Procedure


  1. Check to see all of the licenses are correct in the Customer Support portal and the Admin site
  2. Have the customer click "OK" to clear the error
  3. Then have the customer move to Device>Software>Check Now
  4. Then click the "Check now" button at the bottom of the screen, this will initial a new SSL connection to update the server and synchronize the licenses to the WebUI.
