Question
- What are the retry counts for the ServiceNow Alerts Notification and how frequently we sent them?
- Can we track the time stamp and payload for every retry attempt?

Answer
- When exception occurs, we send notifications to Retry Topic(Queue), where we make retry attempts in interval with back-off mechanism, e.g. 10 , 20 , 30 , 120 and 240 mins to send notification.
